Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes,
tooling, and production systems.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for complex manufacturing
challenges and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other
methodologies to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Collaborate closely with design, R&D, quality, and operations teams to ensure
product manufacturability and smooth production ramp-ups.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for
improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead equipment selection, validation, and commissioning, ensuring processes
meet performance and quali-ty targets.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement robust corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and
technicians, operators.
- Support supplier qualification and collaborate with vendors on process
improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or
equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience Assembly manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Fishbone analysis).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to
effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
