Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be the critical link between our senior sales executives, internal operations, and our portfolio of high-profile MNC clients.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced corporate environment. If you are passionate about B2B sales operations and excel at managing the moving parts of enterprise-level deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Support: Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for top-tier MNC clients, handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a white-glove client experience.
- Sales Enablement & Documentation: Prepare, format, and proofread high-impact sales materials, including proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, contracts, and executive-level pitch decks.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Track account health, log interactions, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams—including Legal, Operations, and Marketing—to facilitate smooth contract negotiations, client onboarding, and project delivery.
- Meeting & Logistics Coordination: Organize high-level strategic meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and product demonstrations. Prepare agendas, brief the sales team, and document actionable meeting minutes.
- Market & Account Research: Assist the sales team with account mapping and background research on prospective and current MNCs to identify key stakeholders and uncover cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing data to help leadership track KPIs and forecast revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or account management support. Prior experience interacting with Fortune 500 companies or top-tier MNCs is highly preferred.
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence required to interact confidently with C-level stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CRM software (Salesforce experience is a major plus) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and project-management abilities. You can juggle multiple high-priority tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of the sales team and troubleshoot administrative or logistical bottlenecks independently.
