Junior Executive – Private Wealth Practice

Location: Kuala Lumpur

ASCO Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our Private Wealth team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our lawyers across various private wealth practice areas, including Small Estate Distribution, Probate, Letters of Administration, Distribution Orders, Wills, Vesting Orders, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Private Wealth Lawyers in managing case files, drafting legal documents, and handling administrative tasks.
• Liaise with clients, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Prepare and issue invoices; manage client documentation through the legal system.
• Provide secretarial support to lawyers as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Law or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
