Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

· Lead solution discovery and architecture workshops to understand business objectives, requirements, constraints, and success measures.

· Define target SAP solution architecture (functional and technical), including integration approach, data considerations, and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability).

· Shape scope, assumptions, and trade-offs; partner with Sales to develop deliverables, estimates, and resourcing models that are achievable and aligned to client outcomes.

· Produce and present executive-ready solution narratives, reference architectures, and proposal content.

SAP Architecture & Domain Leadership

· Serve as SAP SME across SAP technologies and domains relevant to client engagements (e.g., ECC and/or S/4HANA and adjacent SAP solutions).

· Provide thought leadership on roadmap analysis, modernization paths, and functional strategy aligned to business value.

· Create and maintain architectural diagrams, design decisions, technical standards, and specifications to guide delivery teams.

Delivery Oversight & Architectural Governance

· Remain engaged through the delivery lifecycle to validate that delivery aligns with the approved solution design and client objectives established during pre-sales.

· Run architecture/design reviews; manage architectural risks and issues; guide mitigation plans in partnership with Delivery Managers.

· Act as escalation point for solution deviations, cross-workstream dependencies, and design decisions impacting scope, quality, and timeline.

· Support go-live readiness by validating architecture completeness, key controls, and operational handover requirements.

Practice Enablement & Reusable Assets

· Contribute reusable assets (reference architectures, playbooks, templates) and continuously improve solutioning methods.

· Mentor junior architects and consultants; strengthen the SAP solutioning community through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Desired Experience

· 12+ years’ experience in SAP functional architecture and design.

· 10+ years’ experience in one or more business processes (e.g., P2P, OTC, RTR, Q2C).

· 10+ years’ experience in SAP consulting, sales and solutioning.

· Expertise in one or more SAP functional modules (PP, SD, MM, FICO, HCM, etc.)

· Proven track record leading client-facing architecture and solutioning for complex SAP programs, including governance through delivery.

· Strong workshop facilitation skills and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to executive and technical audiences.

Pay: RM22,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
