Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Create awareness for new property projects and generate quality sales leads.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns/content (experience with AI tools is an advantage).
· Organise marketing events, roadshows, and sales gallery activities.
· Conduct market research on competitors’ launches, pricing, promotions, and activities.
· Assist with submission and renewal of APDL and required reports to authorities.
· Coordinate and monitor external sales & marketing agencies.
· Ensure marketing materials such as brochures, sales kits, FAQs, fact sheets, and display materials are updated and error-free.
· Create engaging visuals for online advertisements and festive campaigns.
· Prepare weekly digital marketing reports.
· Monitor advertising & promotion expenses within approved budget.
· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· At least 1 year of experience in Property Development, Real Estate, or Event Management is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
· Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
· Independent, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
· Willing to work on weekends during project launches/events.
