• Handle and manage customer cases assigned via Queue Manager
• Provide timely resolution, updates, and follow-up within SLA
• Ensure all case documentation, updates, and records are accurate and complete
• Perform basic troubleshooting using predefined responses and diagnostic tools
• Support customers via remote troubleshooting tools where required
• Coordinate and dispatch Field Engineers for on-site or remote hands support
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth case resolution
• Manage parts ordering and dispatch when required
• Follow escalation process based on case severity and priority
• Maintain clear, professional, and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with L2/L3 and SME teams for complex issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement by following processes and best practices
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving in daily operations
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and adherence to roster schedule
