Responsibilities

Job description:

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key liaison for assigned clients, particularly from Taiwan and China.
  • Proficient communication skills in relevant languages (China/ Taiwan) to support client communication and business needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.

2. Work Permit Application

  • Coordinate end-to-end process for work permit applications, including:
  • Gathering and verifying documentation.
  • Submitting applications to authorities or through agents.
  • Following up on the application status until completion.
  • Act as a bridge between the client, agent, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

3. Foreign Worker Recruitment Support

  • Assist in managing accounts involving foreign worker recruitment.
  • Coordinate recruitment cycles, documentation, and onboarding in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Address client queries and provide updates throughout the process

4. Sales Target Fulfilment

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly placement or service targets based on confirmed client requests.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within the timeline and in accordance with client agreements.

5. Account Servicing & Organic Growth

  • Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in developing strategies to organically grow existing accounts.

6. Coordination with Agents & Authorities

  • Communicate and coordinate with licensed agents for document submission, permit status, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure all applications adhere to the most updated regulatory and client requirements.

7. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Operations, and Compliance teams to align on project progress and resolve issues.

8. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of each client’s recruitment status, permit application progress, and communication logs.
  • Submit timely internal reports on client account performance, placement status, and key observations.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
