Linear Channel Hiring! Full Time IT Technician (Preventive Maintenance) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

1) Performing hardware and software installation procedures

2) Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

3) Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability

4) Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

5) Managing technical documentation

6) Assist in identifying computer equipment SWAP requirements when necessary

7) Provide customers with ongoing assistance in their information technology problems

8) Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues

9) Perform other IT Technical and Support duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

- Certificate / Diploma in IT, or any relevant field

- SPM leavers with working experience in IT encourage to apply

- Good knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware functions

- Able to lift and move IT equipment to loading vehicles and to the customer sites

- Have your own vehicle (Car\Motorbike) and a valid driving\riding license (optional)

- Able to travel within Klang Valley to support customers as needed

- Have a high attitude to learn and excel on the job assignments and get rewarded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
