Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products
• Identify, monitor, and address non-conforming materials or products
• Ensure measuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Assist during customer inspections and quality audit activities

Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities

• Prepare Material Test Certificates (MTC), Product Quality Plans, Project Quality Plans, and other quality-related documents
• Conduct supplier evaluations and site inspections
• Support audits conducted by customers and certification agencies

Environmental Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled waste handling, air pollution control systems, and industrial wastewater treatment operations
• Carry out environmental awareness briefings, inspections, and compliance monitoring in accordance with regulations
• Assist during audits by customers and certification bodies

Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents
• Ensure lifting tools and equipment are properly certified and operated safely
• Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Assist in audits conducted by customers and certification authorities

General Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company’s QMS, EMS, and OHSMS requirements in accordance with relevant regulations and international standards
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, and/or Occupational Health & Safety functions
• Knowledge of mechanical testing, XRF testing, microscopic examination, ISO standards, environmental compliance, fire safety, and OH&S requirements will be an added advantage
• Able to read and write English for QEHS documentation and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Work Location: Ulu Tiram

Working Days: 5-day work week
