1.1 Participate in the formulation of the company's annual work plan;

1.2 Organize and formulate the annual work plan of the department;

1.3 Make a monthly work plan for yourself;

1.4 Guide subordinates to make personal monthly work plans.

2.1 Organize the formulation of system management related systems and processes;

2.2 Organize the formulation of relevant systems and procedures for test and detection;

2.3 Organize the formulation of systems and procedures related to inspection and analysis equipment management;

2.4 Organize and formulate the internal management system and process of the department.

3.1 Assign, guide, inspect and supervise the work of subordinates;

3.2 Select, train and develop subordinates;

3.3 Evaluate the work of subordinates and make suggestions to the company on the incentives of subordinates;

3.4 Organize and carry out internal training.

4.1 Review the testing standards, inspection instructions and sample reports of raw materials and mechanical properties;

4.2 Guide and check the daily testing and analysis work;

4.3 Guide the review and analysis of nonconforming products, and supervise the improvement;

4.4 Organize and hold quality analysis meetings, organize and deal with all kinds of major quality problems;

4.5 Participate in customer complaint handling, organize problem analysis and close loop for quality problems;

4.6 Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers, put forward quality improvement requirements for suppliers, and supervise suppliers to carry out product quality improvement work;

5.1 Review the maintenance of testing and analysis equipment;

5.2 Review the annual procurement plan of testing and analysis equipment, and participate in equipment acceptance as required.

6.1 Drafting patents related to detection;

6.2 Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
