Job Description:

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

· Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

· Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

· Provide technical support to production teams during equipment operation.

· Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades.

· Ensure all maintenance and automation activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures during maintenance and programming tasks.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang
