Responsibilities :

• Prepare conceptual landscape designs, including preliminary concepts, 3D perspectives, and material selection/confirmation.
• Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings for tender and construction purposes.
• Prepare submission drawings and liaise with authorities regarding all necessary submission procedures.
• Coordinate with other professionals, including Quantity Surveyors and site teams, to ensure implementation aligns with the design intent.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and technical implementation, while effectively resolving basic site-related issues.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience in landscape or related field.
• A strong design sense, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Must be presentable and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
