Job Description

• Implement and maintain the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) management system for assigned project sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements on site.
• Conduct site safety inspections and follow up on hazard rectification.
• Supervise high-risk activities including lifting, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, and LOTO.
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor EHS performance.
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, and government authorities during inspections.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly EHS reports and safety statistics.
• Work closely with the local EHS team to support daily site operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in construction, M&E, or industrial projects.
• Experience in large-scale projects or data center projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with international EHS systems and construction safety standards.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work with multicultural teams.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
