Job Description (JD)

• Develop and maintain site safety plans for data center construction projects.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and permit requirements.
• Plan and maintain site safety arrangements and controls.
• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Track and close safety issues promptly.
• Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Lead accident investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and project safety requirements.
• Implement ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards where applicable.
• Maintain PTW records, inspection logs, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and audits.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the project site.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Attend project meetings and report safety performance updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Valid DOSH Green Book certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety or EHS experience.
• Experience in data center or high-risk facility projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, M&E, lifting, heavy equipment, and work-at-height safety.
• Able to read construction drawings and identify potential safety risks.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Confined Space, Fire Safety, or Fall Protection certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
