Job Description (JD)

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure EHS compliance.
• Implement and maintain safety signage and awareness materials on site.
• Ensure proper PPE usage by all workers and subcontractors.
• Identify and intervene in unsafe acts and report safety violations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Assist in risk assessments and follow up on corrective actions.
• Verify permits, worker certifications, CIDB Green Cards, and PTW compliance.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, lifting, confined space entry, and electrical work.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and daily safety briefings.
• Report incidents and assist with investigations.
• Coordinate with safety officers, site management, and subcontractors to maintain site safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of construction site safety experience.
• Valid DOSH Yellow Book certification is required.
• Valid First Aid certification required.
• Experience in data center, industrial, or fast-track projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with EHS documentation and PTW systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
