Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Planner to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations, schedules, stock movement, delivery arrangements, and team activities. This role supports smooth workflow, timely execution, and proper coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for operations, delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Prepare planning reports based on targets, priorities, and operational needs.
• Track orders, delivery status, expenses, claims, and related documentation.
• Follow up on delays, stock issues, returns, damaged goods, or customer complaints.
• Support promotional, operational, or project activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Operations
• 1–3 years of experience in planning, coordination, logistics, operations support
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and changing schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work independently and support team requirements when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Familiar with schedule planning, delivery coordination, and order tracking.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
