Title: Software Developer – Hospital Information System (HIS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our Health Information Systems (HIS) team, specifically focusing on the Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have experience developing enterprise-level software applications, preferably in healthcare environments, with strong knowledge of financial processes such as Account Receivable, Account Payable, Doctor Fees, Reporting etc

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HIS software features related to finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, QA, and other developers) to define and implement solutions.
• Ensure financial modules meet compliance standards
• Develop integrations with external financial systems
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to financial workflows in HIS.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using various programming languages
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best development practices.
• Document technical specifications and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, Java or equivalent.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in API development and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or academic project experience in finance or healthcare IT is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles or experience with financial ERP systems is a plus.
