Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle and key in delivery note, credit note, invoices, receipts, reports, and e-invoice
  • Ensure adequate stock of stationeries and pantry supplies
  • Manage company documents and records, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing files
  • Oversee packing and dispatch arrangements for outgoing shipments
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding bills
  • Handle general email correspondence
  • Assist with e-commerce order processing and documentation
  • Process and file staff claims
  • Assist department heads with daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate with operation team
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
