Key Responsibilities:

- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promote active learning and engagement.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities.

- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and play-based learning experiences.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized attention and support as needed.

- Collaborate with parents and guardians, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates on student progress

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates

Requirements and skills

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting. Experience in handling children aged 5 to 6 would be an added advantage.

2. Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices

3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills, both spoken and written.

4. Creative and artistic teaching abilities

5. Patience and flexibility

6. Minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education

7. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

9. Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

10. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
