• Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily/weekly specials to students, faculty members, and parents. Perform upselling.
• Answer questions related to the menu offered.
• Take food and beverage orders from students (priority).
• Provide food and beverages to students and perform cashiering at assigned counters.
• Prepare cutleries especially for MINUM, ES Café & event setup.
• Prepare itemized bills and collect payments from students/teachers.
• Set up canteen counter, dining areas, refill condiments, and replenish stock.
• Clean drink preparation areas, facilities, or equipment (sweeping, mopping floors, tidying server station, taking out garbage).
• Ensure cleanliness of food service areas.
• Communicate well with the team to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide students/teachers with food allergen information or assistance.
• Prepare hot or cold beverages.
• Be able to multitask across MSHS Canteen Operation, MINUM, ES Café, and Events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
