岗位职责

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER & IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities
  • Researching, designing, implementing, managing software programs
  • Design, develop and implement solution by standard methods, techniques and tools
  • Testing and evaluating new programs
  • Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Writing and implementing efficient code
  • Determining operational practicality
  • Developing quality assurance procedures
  • Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
  • Training users on IT
  • Working closely with team members
  • Provide support, advice and guidance on the applications.
  • Troubleshooting IT equipment (computer and accessories) issue (remotely/locally)
  • Setup of PC and Installation/Updating of Software
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT requests from user
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as deemed necessary by the team lead/ supervisor
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant
  • 1-2 years experience in system or software development
  • Experience in Coldfusion, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
  • Knowledge in AJAX and responsive design will be an advantage
  • Experienced in IT Helpdesk or Support operation and workflow
  • Knowledge in computer hardware and networking
  • Good communication skills in users or customers-facing situation
  • Willingness to expand own technical skillset for better business operation
