Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries via calls, emails, and chats (fraud-related)
• Investigate fraud cases and suspicious transactions
• Support fraud escalations and document case findings
• Assist customers in fraud prevention and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Work with team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Min. 1 year customer service experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work in fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Good communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
• Customer-focused with positive attitude

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
