• Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standards and follow the work procedure.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Follow the audit standards requirement and preparing report for the audit purpose.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity process.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Manage and arrangement raw materials keeping in different warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
