Job Descriptions

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and data entry
• Verify and process outlet cash collections, sales reports, and daily settlement summaries
• Reconcile outlet POS system sales with bank statements and payment gateways (e.g., credit card, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go)
• Assist in preparing monthly reports such as profit & loss statements and outlet performance reports
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims
• Support in month-end closing and inventory stock value reconciliation
• Coordinate with outlet supervisors to resolve any discrepancies in sales or stock reporting
• Liaise with suppliers for invoice verification and payment tracking
• Assist in audits, tax filing, and compliance with accounting standards and F&B regulations
• Perform any other finance or administrative tasks as required by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in accounting is an added advantage
• Familiar with basic accounting concepts and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL,) is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlet accounts
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially with outlet staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
