We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to turn data into insights and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze sales, transaction, and customer data using statistical techniques
-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data systems
-Interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
-Perform full lifecycle data analysis (requirements, design, reporting)
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
-Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst
-Strong knowledge of SQL, databases & reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects)
-Experience with statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
-Solid understanding of data models, data mining & segmentation
-Strong analytical, reporting & presentation skills
-Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
-Experience in financial industry is an added advantage
-Fluent in English with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
