Job Description

Responsibilities

Location:

  • Petaling Jaya

Reception / Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
  • Assist various departments with documentation, filing, printing, copying, scanning and record-keeping.
  • Prepare, compile, and manage administrative documents as required.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic office arrangements.
  • Support general office administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Presentable, polite, and professional appearance with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to assist different departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
