Position Overview
To support the Sales Manager in customer engagement, sales execution, and sales coordination for Malaysia and US markets, ensuring accurate quotations, disciplined follow-up, and complete documentation.This is an execution-focused role with structured customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement (Malaysia & US)

  • Act as first-line contact for customers via email, calls, online meetings, and messaging
  • Clarify basic technical requirements including specifications, quantities, drawings, and load ratings
  • Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, site visits, and online calls
  • Join customer visits and meetings when required
  • Record meeting notes, action items, and follow-up requirements

2. Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Manage enquiry intake, clarification, and internal coordination
  • Prepare and process sales quotations in accordance with internal procedures
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments including design, costing, production, logistics, and finance throughout the sales process
  • Track quotation versions, revisions, approvals, and validity
  • Follow up on PO issuance, deposit receipt, and production start
  • Ensure all quotations comply with approved costing logic and internal SOPs

3. CRM, Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for enquiries, quotations, visits, and orders
  • Ensure all customer communication and documents are complete and traceable
  • Support weekly sales reports, pipeline tracking, and management updates

Required Profile

1.Experience

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales execution, sales coordination, or account support
  • Exposure to industrial, logistics, warehousing, or engineering products preferred
  • Experience handling overseas customers is an advantage

2.Skills & Language

  • Strong Excel and document-handling capability
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Able to understand basic technical drawings and specifications
  • Structured, detail-oriented, disciplined in follow-up

3.Reporting Line & Work Model

  • Reports directly to Sales Manager, Eastfound Malaysia
  • Hybrid role including office work, field visits in Malaysia, and online engagement
  • SOPs and working templates will be provided
