Let's join our vibrant and dedicated team as a Pharmacy Assistant, where you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient daily operations of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, assisting them with product inquiries and purchases.
• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
• Maintain proper inventory control by receiving, organising and restocking pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash register operations and manage transactions efficiently.
• Assist in processing prescriptions and maintaining patient records confidentially.
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the pharmacy through teamwork and proactive communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent (pharmacy-related certification is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
