Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operational excellence initiatives by tracking defects, supporting continuous improvement, and sharing best practices across hotels under Arrowood International
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and basic auditing of group standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments
• Assist in ensuring consistent guest experience by monitoring reviews, feedback, complaints, and supporting basic service recovery actions
• Participate in property audits (rooms, public areas, back-of-house), document findings, and assist in follow-up actions for improvement
• Support basic operational control by assisting in tracking costs (labor, utilities, supplies) and collecting data for budget monitoring
• Assist in hotel openings, rebranding, and transition projects including checklists, onboarding support, and post-opening stabilization tasks
• Support coordination with hotel teams on staffing, training participation, SOP reminders, and basic performance follow-ups
• Assist in training activities by supporting preparation of materials, delivering basic training, and observing operational skill gaps
• Help monitor compliance with safety, security, and fire life safety standards, and assist in incident documentation
• Support preparation of operational reports, visit summaries, and stakeholder updates under supervision
• Maintain professional communication with hotel teams and support owner/stakeholder reporting processes
• Perform frequent site visits to hotels under management to observe operations and provide on-ground support to managers and HODs

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
