Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing / Mass Communication Intern, you’ll support our marketing team in driving brand visibility and product engagement. Your main focus will be on:
Website & E-commerce Management
- Manage the end-to-end process of uploading products to our website and external e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in technical specifications, pricing, and inventory data across all listings
- Troubleshoot basic site issues and assist in implementing new web features or plugins.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, alt text, and URL structures for all products.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic search terms within the test and measurement industry.
- Analyze competitors’ digital presence to improve our organic search rankings.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Support the team in the end-to-end management of our social media presence across, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Capture authentic "behind-the-scenes" content, company culture highlights, and milestones to build a relatable and engaging brand story.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and execute a posting schedule designed to boost follower growth and industry engagement.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Extrovert, Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
