Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of banking technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful implementation of banking applications and digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in banking or financial services projects, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery, and banking operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Requirements Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Perform gap analysis and process improvement recommendations
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise between business users and technical teams
- Work with project managers, developers, testers, vendors, and operations teams
- Facilitate requirement clarification and solution discussions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Documentation
- Prepare:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- User Stories
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Use Cases
- Test Scenarios
- UAT documents
System & Process Analysis
- Analyze existing banking systems and workflows
- Support system integration and data mapping activities
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives
Testing & Support
- Support SIT and UAT activities
- Coordinate defect tracking and issue resolution
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements
- Assist in production rollout and post-implementation support
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and internal policies
- Support audit, risk, and compliance activities
- Follow SDLC, change management, and governance processes

Pay: RM4,047.07 - RM8,504.36 per month
