Job Summary

D’looma is looking for a creative, trendy, and energetic Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence on social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that reflects D’looma’s fashion identity, increases brand awareness, and drives sales both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, photos, stories, live sessions).
• Plan and execute monthly content calendar aligned with sales campaigns and product launches.
• Produce trendy and viral short-form videos.
• Write attractive captions and marketing copy (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Monitor social media trends and adapt quickly.
• Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, followers, conversions).
• Engage with audience through comments, DM, and live interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team for promotional campaigns.
• Assist in basic video shooting, editing, and product styling.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 or 3 year experience in social media/content creation (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms.
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Creative, confident, and comfortable in front of camera.
• Up-to-date with fashion trends.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
