Job Descriptions:

• Lead programs and be the primary interface between the Company and customer to ensure all customer feedback and requirements are attended to promptly.
• Being a communication bridge between external customers and internal team members.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross functional teams within the organization to implement a successful life cycle for each assigned program.
• Monitoring the financial status of each assigned program, conduct analysis on business efficiency and maintain the profitability of the customer account.
• Review and drive for continuous improvement in the areas of cost and on-time-delivery so that set goals and KPIs are all consistently met.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met, with issues managed promptly, corrective actions followed through and completed efficiently.
• Be the focal person on all contractual negotiations, ECN, RFQ between internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate entirely all project’s cost audit and lean production driving on mass production.
• Keep abreast of technological, regulatory and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of assigned program, and take relevant action to suit these changes.
• Support Sales to achieve the sales target
• Monitor project plan and new materials cost verification
• Communication within NPI cross-function teams
• Coordinate and deploy NPI resource
• Control new product development schedule, budget, and cost
• Host external/internal meetings
• Customer relationship maintenance
• Achieve departmental KPIs
• Potential management risks assessment and escalation
• Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Have minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent?
• Have minimum 5 years of work experience, of which, at least 3 years in a program management role?
• Have experience in contract manufacturing environment. Preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry?
