We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently, clearly and professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins
• Provide clear and accurate information about company services/products
• Manage appointments and follow up with customers
• Handle customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience
• Work closely with the team to achieve company targets

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient and professional attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in Customer Service is a plus

Bonus Skills (Advantage):

• Experience in sales / healthcare / wellness industry
• Strong customer handling and fast response skills
