• Identifying and approaching potential clients to generate new sales leads.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and providing post-sales support.
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Present the company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features that align with their needs
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration units, and cooling solutions
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, F&B operators, supermarkets, and industrial clients
• Conduct regular client visits to understand project requirements and business needs
• Provide professional consultation on suitable cooling systems and solutions
• Identify new market segments (F&B chains, cold storage, manufacturing, etc.)
• Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, service technicians) to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Follow up on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions promptly
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
