About the Role
We are seeking driven individuals to join our Salon Operations team, where you will gain exposure to customer service, appointment management, and outlet coordination in a professional beauty environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily salon operations and appointment scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer experience from check-in to service completion
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists to optimize workflow
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards
- Support sales of salon packages and retail products
- Handle front desk operations including inquiries and bookings

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
