Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comply & Maintain the all HSE requirement by OAG standard & some extend of client requirements.
  • Plan & Execute the Warehouse activity daily & monthly. Able to work independently. Proactive role in suggesting ideal for improvement.
  • Be able to provide proper guidance, training and evaluate sub-coordinate. Delegate task given and make sure the task was accomplish in given time and complied with the standard requirement given.
  • Make sure sub-ordinate perform job as per registered procedures & safety manners.
  • Key liaison with Warehouse Manager.
  • Make sure QA/QC document, forms and procedure was used/ complied. Comply all ISO & standardization set by OAG Management.
  • Assist Sr Warehouse Executive to provide weekly and monthly status report of inventory to Warehouse Manager.
  • Prepare and send daily report, status update.
  • Fully understand project requirement and Warehouse responsibilities to prepare for any projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in Warehousing related discipline with 2-3 years warehouse & inventory management.
  • Good command in English speaking, writing and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on daily Warehouse & inventory management.
  • Well-develop technically and able to do document and develop new/better execution procedure in warehousing & inventory tracking.
  • Analyse & prepare the warehouse stock report monthly to management. Maintain the stock accuracy & inventory efficiency.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure.
  • Play pro-active role in problem solving, could analysed problem or issues and provide solution.
  • Could make fast and effective decision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
