Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Train and guide employees to follow SOPs while improving service quality and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Supervise POS transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are properly implemented.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B or café management.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills with strong customer service awareness.
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
