Wholesome Living is a fast-growing health & wellness ecommerce company operating across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. We specialise in trusted wellness products and run a strong ecommerce + live commerce model.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support and execute daily marketplace operations and help drive consistent online sales growth.

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensure smooth order fulfilment, execute campaigns, and support sales performance across multiple ecommerce platforms.

This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations

• Manage product listings with Sitegiant across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, images, and stock availability
• Execute platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales
• Monitor daily sales performance and stock levels

2. Order & Fulfilment Coordination

• Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
• Coordinate with warehouse / logistics partners
• Handle order exceptions such as failed orders or delivery issues

3. Customer Service Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via marketplace chat
• Assist with refunds, returns, and review management
• Maintain high platform ratings and customer satisfaction

4. Campaign & Sales Support

• Support livestreams and shoppable videos (SKU setup, vouchers, stock)
• Assist marketing team during major sales campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting

5. Performance Marketing & Affiliates Support

• Support Paid Ads to drive traffic and monitor ROAS to ensure effectiveness of ad spent
• Recruit, train and support Affiliates to incease exposure and sales

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations
• Experience with Sitegiant / Shopify / Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop Seller Centre is a strong advantage

Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Able to multitask and work under campaign pressure
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
