Hiring: Customer Experience (CX) Analyst – Banking
Experience: 2–6 years in CX / Banking / Operations / QA
Skills: Excel (must), SQL/BI tools (good to have)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our banking client and drive data-led improvements in customer journeys.
Analyze customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
Identify trends, pain points, and improvement areas
Build dashboards and share actionable insights
Work with Ops & Product teams to enhance CX
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
