We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Sales Analyst Specialist to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions, optimizing sales strategies, and supporting business growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple channels (retail, distributors, e-commerce).
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to improve sales performance.
• Reporting & Forecasting
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and support demand planning.
• Market & Competitor Insights
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen market positioning.

Business Support

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies.
• Support promotional planning and evaluate ROI of trade marketing activities.

Process Improvement

• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs for efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline sales operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in FMCG.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

Knowledge of AutoCount is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
