VACANCY (URGENT) - PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TO DIRECTOR

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and committed candidate to fill the position of Personal Assistant (PA) to support the director.

Initial Exposure & Training Period

• First 6 months: The selected candidate will be required to work on the ground as a Veterinary Nurse to gain a thorough understanding of clinic operations and business workflow.
• The candidate will be required to travel to all 6 branches to understand the operations and work processes of each branch.

Working Hours & Days

• 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
• 6 working days per week
• Overtime (OT) will be paid

Requirements & Qualifications

• Below 28 years old
• Gender: Woman
• Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• Observes daily prayers (5 times daily)
• Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined
• Able to accept and follow instructions well
• Willing to learn new skills and knowledge
• Able to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Polite, respectful, and professional with colleagues
• Willing to be on standby 24/7 when required by management
• Willing to travel and undertake assignments, including overseas travel
• Willing to learn company management, clinic operations, and work closely with all doctors
• Possess a valid driving license
