Responsibilities :

• Inventory control: Counting, confirming, and inspecting inventory
• Packing and shipping: Packing and shipping orders, and printing and adhering shipping labels
• Customer service: Handling customer questions and complaints, and providing excellent customer service
• Warehouse management: Managing the flow of products and stock, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Quality assurance: Carrying out quality assurance checks on products
• Forklift operation: Driving a forklift to move stock safely
• Administrative duties: Performing administrative duties, and using supply chain software to optimize operations
• Communication: Communicating errors to relevant parties
• Labeling: Marking and labeling stock

Requirements and skills :

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license
• Deftness and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
