Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive/Manager to manage our company’s social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing online audience, and strengthening brand awareness across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage daily social media postings and content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies
• Collaborate with design/marketing team for content creation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
• Experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for executive role)
• Strong writing and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus
