The Agent shall:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the AgriSpark Project.
- Ensure planting targets and quality standards set by the Principal are met.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel and stakeholders.
- Submit progress reports monthly or as requested by the Principal.
- Ensure sufficient manpower to run the operation in the site Sunsuron/Keningau.
- Educate sparkgrowers on efficient planting and harvesting to ensure stable production of goods.
- Responsible for the sparkgrowers performance in Sunsuron/Keningau
- Oversee and guide the performance of sparkgrowers in Sunsuron/Keningau, with training, systems, and incentives supported by the Principal.
- Be responsible for the Profit & Loss of the project.
- Monitor and report on the Profit & Loss of the project, but shall not be personally liable for any losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- To independently manage the Sunsuron/Keningau AgriSpark Project.
- To progressively assume operational management of the AgriSpark Project, subject to strategic guidance and management support by the Principal.
