Position: Retail Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site (must be able to commute)
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Operations Management
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including sales, staffing, and customer service
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated store operations at all times
2. Sales & Performance Management
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets through promotions and marketing initiatives
3. Financial & Cash Management
- Manage cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
4. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure products are accurately priced and attractively displayed in line with brand standards
- Oversee in-store promotions and product placement strategies
5. Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service supported by strong product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave planning
- Train and mentor team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
7. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or wastage
8. Store Maintenance & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety requirements
9. Product & Brand Awareness
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Prior experience in retail operations is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., cabin crew, hospitality) is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
