Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern to support payroll administration and HR operations for client accounts. This role offers hands-on exposure to outsourced HR services, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll data entry, verification, and preparation of payroll reports
  • Support statutory calculations and documentation for submissions
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters and payroll summaries
  • Support leave, claims, and attendance tracking for client accounts
  • Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
  • Assist the team in process improvement and data management tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in payroll and HR operations
  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas preferred)
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
