Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support in marketing, candidate sourcing, database management and client communication. This role is multi-functional and ideal for some who enjoys graphic design, administration and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Graphic Design

  • create marketing materials, social media posts and promotional content using Canva.
  • assist with Employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • prepare visually appealing job advertisements and presentation materials.

2. Administration & Coordination

  • send emails, calendar invites and interview confirmations.
  • coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • follow-up on interview feedback and meeting outcomes.
  • provide general administrative support to consultants.

3. Database Management

  • upload and maintain candidate resumes in CRM/ Database system.
  • ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • maintain high data integrity and organisation standards.

4. Candidate Sourcing

  • source suitable candidates.
  • screen potential candidates and assist in shortlisting.
  • monitor job boards such as Seek for new client advertisements and market activity.

5. Communication

  • liaise professionally with clients and candidates.
  • follow-up on meetings, interviews and feedback.
  • support relationship management with both clients and talent.

Preferred Attributes

  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and English.
  • Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
