Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lorry Driver to join our team in Sungai Buloh. You will be responsible for transporting furniture and materials safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive company vehicles (e.g., 1-ton lorries & Van) to deliver furniture products to customers or project sites.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading furniture onto the lorry and securing items to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintenance: Perform basic daily vehicle checks (oil, tires, brakes) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Documentation: Ensure all delivery orders (DO) are signed by customers and returned to the office.
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules and avoid heavy traffic.

Requirements

• License: Must possess a valid GDL License and a clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Lorry Driver, preferably within the furniture or construction industry.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift heavy items and assist with manual labor during loading/unloading.
• Punctuality: Strong commitment to arriving on time and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity: Good knowledge of roads in Klang Valley and Selangor.
