• Manage daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient space utilization
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle count & stock audit)
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses
• Implement proper stock control system (FIFO / FEFO if needed)
• Plan and coordinate deliveries and shipments
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Supervise, train, and lead warehouse team
• Prepare duty roster and manage manpower planning
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Enforce discipline and safety practices
• Improve warehouse processes and efficiency
• Implement system enhancements (WMS, barcode, etc.)
• Optimize layout and reduce operational costs
• Maintain accurate records (GRN, DO, stock reports)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery time, and order accuracy
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
• Coordinate repairs and servicing when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
